Snow in Cameroon, rising sea levels in Nigeria, and the shrinking of Lake Chad, these are but a few issues faced by communities on the frontlines of climate change in Africa. Though accounting for the lowest contribution to greenhouse gas emissions (some 3.8 percent), Africa remains the most vulnerable continent.

We spoke to two climate activists and a social entrepreneur for an in-depth perspective on climate change in Africa, and two policymakers for a broader view and possible solutions. More from them below:
